Dr. Ryan Williams, PT
Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics

Certified Myofascial Trigger Point PT-- Dry Needling

Dr. Ryan Williams is co-owner of RYTE Rehabilitation and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has been practicing since 2005, working largely in orthopedic rehabilitation, but is also well- versed in helping those with balance deficits, cardiopulmonary problems, chronic pain, etc. Ryan graduated with honors from Creighton University in 2005 and became certified in myofascial trigger point Dry Needling in 2015. Ryan values listening to his patients and developing a treatment plan and goals that are specific to their needs. Outside of physical therapy, Ryan, along with his business partner and wife, Tess, enjoy time with their 6 kids, usually doing outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and skiing/ snowboarding. He has been known to run the occasional obstacle course race, as well (arroooo!) Ryan is also an assistant track coach for the high school with his main focus on pole vaulting, which he competed in college at Chadron State. Ryan was born and raised in Thermopolis and is happy to be giving back to his community by providing the main services available at RYTE Rehabilitation.

Sarah was born and raised in west Texas. She attended Odessa College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in 2015. She has worked in acute care for multiple years and most recently worked in pediatric home health. Sarah moved to Wyoming in 2019 with her husband and has received her certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She is excited to be joining the RYTE Rehabilitation team and giving back to the community in which she lives! She is married to a pilot for Guardian Flight, and they have one daughter named Savannah.

Dr. Tess Williams, PT
Certified Pelvic Health 
Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Dr. Tess Williams is co-owner of RYTE Rehabilitation and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with her bachelors of science in Health and Exercise Science. She then worked in central Louisiana as Director of Marketing for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital prior to attending Regis University for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She also became certified in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in 2016, allowing her to focus on pelvic health issues of all ages. Tess was nominated as a Wyoming Woman of Influence for 2018 in the healthcare division. She is the Owner/Artistic director for Hot Springs Dance LLC, and physical therapist for Children's Resource Center- Thermopolis. She is fully certified lymphedema therapist and able to treat those with congenital and secondary lymphedema. Tess's goal is to provide the highest quality, evidence- based physical therapy, that is based upon the patient's goals and lifestyle. She has 7 children and is happily married to Ryan Williams.

Levi Shinkle
Office Manager

Levi is RYTE Rehabilitation's Office Manager. He was born and raised here in Thermopolis. Prior to joining RYTE he spent 19 years working as a collections manager in the museum industry. He is excited to join the RYTE Rehab team and to be the first face folks who come to RYTE see. Outside of RYTE, Levi is an accomplished photographer. His photography has been featured in National Geographic, Smithsonian Magazine, USA Today, The Billings Gazette, Northern Wyoming Daily News, Thermopolis Independent Record, multiple books, and many scientific articles. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and generally spending time outside.
